By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We may update these terms at any time by posting the changes on this page; continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

Products and descriptions
We make every effort to describe and photograph our furniture accurately. Solid wood is a natural material, so grain, color, knots and texture vary from piece to piece and may differ from photos. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen. Dimensions are approximate. Unless stated otherwise, products are sold unfinished and may require assembly.

Pricing and availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Many items are built to order by our manufacturers; lead times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use your payment method. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may contact you by phone or email to verify details before processing.

Pickup and delivery
Orders are available for pickup at our Phoenix warehouse or for $50 garage drop-off delivery anywhere in the Phoenix Valley, with delivery elsewhere in Arizona by quote. Nomad Furniture and Lakeland Mills items ship free to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, directly from the manufacturer and must be ordered separately from pickup or delivery items. Other than Nomad Furniture and Lakeland Mills items, we do not ship nationwide or internationally. We will contact you to schedule pickup or delivery once your order is ready. Please make sure items fit through doorways, stairways and hallways before ordering. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you at pickup or delivery.

Finishing and assembly
Finishing results depend on the wood, the product and how it is applied, so we recommend testing stain or paint on a hidden area first. Follow the manufacturer's assembly instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly, finishing or use. Any custom finishing, custom furniture or assembly services we provide will be described in your order or quote.

Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Use of the website
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to copy, reproduce or resell any part of it without our written permission. All content on this website, including text, photos, logos and graphics, belongs to #1 Unfinished Furniture or its suppliers.

Our website may link to other websites, such as manufacturers or service providers. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products.
