Pickup and Delivery
#1 Unfinished Furniture is a Phoenix-based furniture store. Most orders are available for free pickup at our Phoenix warehouse or for $50 Valleywide garage drop-off delivery. Nomad Furniture and Lakeland Mills items are the exception: they ship free, direct from the manufacturer, as described below.

Free warehouse pickup
Pick up your order at no charge from our warehouse at 14245 S 48th St #145, Phoenix, AZ 85044 (By Appointment Only). We will call or email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a vehicle large enough for your furniture; we are happy to help you load it.

Valleywide delivery: $50 garage drop-off
We deliver anywhere in the Phoenix Valley, including Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Laveen, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale and Goodyear for a flat $50 per order. Delivery is garage drop-off only; we do not carry items into your home, place them in rooms or take them up stairs. Choose Local Delivery at checkout and we will call to schedule once your order is ready.

Delivery elsewhere in Arizona
Outside the Phoenix Valley, we deliver anywhere in the state of Arizona for an additional fee, which depends on distance and order size. Contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Nomad Furniture: free shipping
Nomad Furniture platform beds, nightstands and accessories ship free to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, directly from Nomad's workshop in Utah. They are built to order, and standard production and shipping typically takes 3 to 4 weeks; Rush and Double Rush production are available for an additional charge. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Nomad items are not available for pickup or local delivery.

Lakeland Mills: free shipping
Lakeland Mills cedar log furniture ships free to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, directly from Lakeland Mills in Edmore, Michigan. Lakeland Mills items typically ship in 1 to 3 weeks. Most items ship by parcel carrier; some larger items ship by freight truck, and the carrier will call you to schedule delivery. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Lakeland Mills items are not available for pickup or local delivery.

Ordering free-shipping items with other items
Because Nomad Furniture and Lakeland Mills items ship from the manufacturer and our other items are picked up or delivered from our Phoenix warehouse, they must be purchased in separate orders. Checkout will not complete if both types are in the same cart.

Orders outside Arizona
Other than Nomad Furniture and Lakeland Mills items, we do not currently deliver or ship outside of Arizona. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or international addresses.

Timing
Many of our pieces are built to order by our manufacturers, and lead times are listed on each product page. Lead times are estimates and may change. Once your order arrives at our store, we will contact you to schedule pickup or delivery.

Before your delivery
Valleywide deliveries are dropped off in your garage, so please make sure it is open and has room for your order. Someone 18 or older must be present to receive the delivery. Inspect your furniture at pickup or delivery and let us know about any damage within 48 hours, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
